19 Iqama Professions That are not Renewed

 

In Saudi Arabia, not all rules are announced in the media. They are implemented as a policy. The rule is confirmed once it is implemented and experienced by few individuals.

It has been reported that 19 iqama profession are not getting renewed as they are reserved for Saudi Arabian nationals . The following the list of professions :

1. Accountant
2. Secretary
3. Salesman
4. Administrator
5. Sales Manager
6. Sales Supervisor
7. Finance Manager
8. Chief Accountant
9. Senior Accountant
10. Office Manager
11. Sales Assistant
12. Administration Manager
13. Office Boy
14. Driver
15. Receptionist
16. Warehouse Manager
17. Forklift Operator
18. Logistics Supervisor
19. Human Resource Manager

The verification of above list is still awaited from official sources but quite a few individual with the above professions have reported that their iqama were not renewed.

In addition to above, Engineers with less 5 experience will not be able to come to Saudi Arabia on Engineer visa. Those Engineers who 5 years experience or more will have to write a test by Saudi Council of Engineers to validate their specialization.
