Watch this video captured from another vehicle right behind the dumpster truck that crashes into a highway sign board. However, it is difficult to tell if the following action was done on purpose, for the sake of fun or it could have been a technical difficulty. The action was an extremely dangerous and risky one that could have caused catastrophe if there were more transport on the road.
